Paid features carry “Sponsored” above the headline and identify the advertiser. Display placements carry “Advertisement”; paid directory prominence carries “Featured sponsor”. Unpaid directory entries remain available.
Payment does not purchase favourable reporting, priority in unpaid search results or removal of a correction. A sponsor may check factual details about its business, but cannot approve independent reporting.
